01What I do

Four things, and what each one asks of you.

Every engagement is scoped in writing before it starts, and handed over with the notes needed to run it without me. Below is what changes between them.

  1. 02

    GoHighLevel Development

The layer under snapshots: custom dashboards mounted inside the platform, marketplace apps with their own OAuth, provisioning that runs on a schedule, and API v2 work that survives a rate limit.

    • API v2
    • Marketplace apps
    • Dashboards
    • Provisioning
    • OAuth 2.0

    Agency or direct

  2. 03

    n8n & Workflow Automation

A manual process, written down until it stops having exceptions, then rebuilt as a pipeline with retries, an exception queue and a log someone can read at 8 a.m.

    • n8n
    • Webhooks
    • Postgres
    • Exception queues
    • Idempotency

    Runbook included

  3. 04

    Web Development

Client-facing applications where the hard part is the data model, not the pixels. Portals, internal tools, and anything replacing a spreadsheet that six people fight over.

    • Next.js
    • React
    • TypeScript
    • Postgres
    • Auth

    Staged releases

  4. 05

    Mobile App Development

One codebase, both stores, built for the case where the network is not there. Sync conflicts get designed, not discovered.

    • React Native
    • Expo
    • Offline-first
    • Releases
    • Sentry

    Store submission included

02Selected work

Systems in production, and what each one replaced.

    BlueBoost

    Featured

A multi-tenant SaaS platform that puts iMessage inside an agency's existing GoHighLevel conversations, with SMS and RCS fallback resolved per message.

03How I work

Read it, prove it, hand it over.

  1. Read the process

Sessions with the person who does the work today, until the steps are written down — including the parts they do from memory. Most of the value is in this document, and some projects end here because the automation turns out not to be worth building yet.

  2. Ship a thin slice

One complete path, end to end, in the real environment with real data. It proves the integration, the permissions and the shape of the thing before the bulk of the budget is committed to it.

  3. Hand it over properly

A runbook listing every failure mode with its fix, so the system can be run without me.

04Testimonials

Three people who had to live with the result.

Avatars are monograms until clients send photographs, which is most of the time.

06Contact

Start with the process, not the platform.

Describe what happens today — a spreadsheet, a recording, a list of complaints. The reply will say whether it is something Zubair takes on, and what the next step costs.
